Pleasant Street Church shares a vision for a ministry to students that is distinctly intergenerational, missional and holistic.

Intergenerational

Kids need adults who care.  We love to surround our kids with caring adults whose relationship with Jesus is authentic and real.  Our Youth Workers aren't here for crowd control.  They're here to listen to, encourage and love our kids.

Missional

God cares about more than just church kids.  Pleasant Street Church is committed to

1) GOING to kids where they are and befriending those who are far from God whether they show up at church or not

2) Providing safe, relaxed, engaging ministry environments where kids can bring their friends--no matter where they are spiritually.

Holistic

Kids are hard-wired for growth, adventure, passion, and heroism.  We offer a ministry that will engage kids' heads, hearts and hands.  Kids are participants in our ministries, not observers. We encourage them, around every corner, to stretch their faith by taking risks and getting their hands dirty.
