This Sunday we welcome Marco Avila, who works for our Denominations’ missions agency Resonate Global Mission. Marco lives in Florida. But he’s coming to be with us and to share his heart for the mission of God and the building up of the church. He’s our Faith promise Speaker for this Fall, and he’ll be helping us remember our connection to 11 (?!) mission partners both near and far away.
Why would Marco come and be with us when Florida’s weather is better?
Why would he share the gospel with us and worship among us even though we are strangers?
Well, because we together are all part of something very important. It’s called Church.
