This Sunday is Pentecost Sunday, the day in which we remember when the Spirit of God came to us to do exactly that. Like a rushing wind, The Spirit rested in tongues of fire - an anointing - on the heads of ALL the disciples, who were very ordinary Galileans. The Spirit set them apart; making them sacred.
Called and Gathered each Sunday, the Spirit comes to us to do the same.
See you Sunday. And at the Lord’s Table with some of our newest participants on May 31.
